CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations for stays 2022 and winter 2023, 30 days outside of your arrival will result in a full refund. 30 – 8 days before arrival, a full credit that can be used at any of our properties and will expire within 1 year. 7 days or less before arrival, no refund will occur. You will be responsible for any damages that occur during your stay.
A minimum age of 25 is required to reserve. A minimum age of 30 is required at the Alders Chalet, Black Diamond Chalet, Snowed Inn, Alpine Aerie Chalet, Snow Creek Cabin #504, Black Bear Chalet, True North Chalet, Elk View Lodge, Timber House, Lazy Bear Retreat, Rivendell Cabin, 901-5 Bedroom #101, and Cabin at Loon Bay.
