ADDITIONAL INFO
Motor boats are allowed between the hours of 10 am and 8 pm. The community of Lake Rosen appreciates and enforces “no wake boats”. Lake Koocanusa is a 10 minute drive away.
The driveway is only accessible by 4 wheel drive as it is quite steep. There is parking at the top of the driveway and we’ll supply wagons to help you bring down your luggage.
Camping trailers, tents and RVs are not allowed and, if found, will be subject to fines and the possible cancellation of the reservation. Thank you for your understanding.
All properties are equipped with decibel monitoring software. Our neighbours would appreciate you respecting our zero-tolerance policy to noise complaints and the quiet time rules being respected.
